10 Governing Law

The rights and remedies provided in these terms are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service — by operation of law or otherwise — without the prior written consent of Jukebox Saints LLC. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void. Jukebox Saints LLC may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. Jukebox Saints LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms of Service arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; natural disasters; fire; flood; earthquake; pandemic or epidemic; war; terrorism; civil unrest; riot; labor disputes or strikes; governmental actions, orders, legislation, or regulations; embargoes; failures or interruptions of third-party telecommunications networks, internet infrastructure, hosting services, or utilities; and any other events or circumstances not within the reasonable control of Jukebox Saints LLC.
